It is a simple Geometry, the shortest distance from point A to Point B is a straight line. The project for the C5 extension did not consider this, instead they made the road so crooked to hit the lands of Manny Villar. Maybe it was just a coincidence or mere accident on the design.

A P1.8B was wasted due to the realignment. You call the crooked road as realignment project? Why are the lands of Manny Villar has higher price of P141M right-of-way than his neighbors. We will leave that questions to the Senators who signed the Committee of the Whole report, which will be submitted to the plenary.
