We’re Asking: Manny Villar Infomercial
Having completely bored from those posts at Facebook, I tried to check out the shows on the television. As I turned on the TV, I saw this infomercial of Manny Villar. Kids singing with the lyrics:
Nakaligo ka na ba sa dagat ng basura? (Have you tried swimming in a sea of trash)
Nagpasko ka na ba sa gitna ng kalsada? (Have you celebrated your Christmas at the street?)
Tinatanong Namin? (We’re Asking)
something like that…
Well, I still can’t get what this candidate like to show to the people? He had these experiences and I surely know he’s not one in a million who had experienced it. What is the significance of swimming in a sea of trash and celebrated Christmas at the street in leading our country? Is it not enough to see those poor and homeless to make a bill in the Senate and take them out from poverty? Why he’s not concerned about them few years back, given that he was the Senate President?
This is what we want to tell him….
